Frequently Asked Questions

What about COVID-19 precautions?

Because we care about the health and safety of our patients and staff, you will be asked COVID-19 screening questions by text, and then again verbally when you enter the office. We will also be taking your temperature upon arrival with a touch less thermometer. To keep things sanitary, we ask you wear a mask into the office, forms will be emailed to you, we no longer have magazines or toys in our reception area, we will have hand sanitizer available in all areas, & we have HEPA filters with UVC sterilization in each patient room, and to reduce patients crossing paths, we’ve extended our appointment times.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit with us will be about 90 minutes. Once we get you all checked in, we’ll take a full mouth set of x-rays, a full mouth exam, and a cleaning. From there, you and the dentist will go over any recommended treatment and come up with a plan of action together. We have scheduled enough time so that you’re able ask any questions, or express any concerns, with the dentist.

What insurance do you take?

We accept most insurance plans and are a Preferred Provider for the following insurance companies: Regence, Premera Blue Cross, and Delta Dental of Washington.

Can I pay cash?

Yes, of course you can pay cash. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and Care Credit in our office.

Do you offer financing?

We do not have an in-office financing program. However, we do accept CareCredit. Through CareCredit, there are many different payback options. They even have interest free payment options ranging from six (6) months to twenty-four (24) months.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

We understand that things happen, and schedules change. We just ask that you give us 48 hour notice before cancelling, or rescheduling, your appointment.

Should I arrive early?

Yes, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment. This is to ensure we have all necessary paperwork filled out, insurance information needed, and to complete the COVID-19 screening requirements.
